How to respond to your customers with Wix

Do you have a website on Wix?
Can't figure out how to manage your notifications and contact requests?
This article is for you.
To begin, go to your dashboard : to do this, simply click on "my sites" and then click on the site in question.
Of course, if you only have one site , simply go to your dashboard.

On the dashboard to your left you will have a dark navy blue column with several options.


Select the communication option.
You will discover several elements there: inbox, chat, forms and sending as well as professional messaging .


Of course, I have hidden the content and name from you, this image is just to give you an idea.
Your received messages will be in the inbox tab of your site.
You will even find messages from the Instagram account linked to your site there.
Why check my inbox on Wix instead of other apps?
